Doris McCarthy
Biography
Doris McCarthy's work in oils
, acrylics, watercolours and printmaking are represented in numerous public
and private collections both in Canada and internationally. In 1999, she was
welcomed into the special group of designated artists of honour at the McMicheal
Canadian Art Collection where a major retrospective of her work was held. Her
passion for her subject matter and her technical expertise are revealed in her
work.
